Hitachi Metals Admet, Ltd. has decided to merge with NEOMAX Trading Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2008, and make a start as new Hitachi Metals Admet, Ltd. We will respond to the needs of our customers by providing a broad range of products and related various services in such areas as automobiles, IT, home electric appliances, industrial equipment, environment, and energy, etc., more than ever before. We ask for your continued support as the trading company handling the Hitachi Metal Group’s distinctive high quality products.

We have decided to reorganize our subsidiary company in Hong Kong, Hitachi Metals Admet Hong Kong Ltd., and make a new start as Hong Kong Office of Hitachi Metals Admet, Ltd.

Effective April 1, 2005, our firm will embark on a new start as Hitachi Metals Admet, Ltd. following our merger with Nichiei Corporation and Hiyoshi Kozai Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Hitachi Metals., Ltd. and will handle primarily electronic materials, industrial equipment and related materials, and construction materials and equipment. By combining and reallocating the management resources (personnel, sales and logistics bases, etc.) of the three firms, we endeavor to be in closer and more frequent contact with our clients and provide highly specialized services across a wide range of areas. Going forward, we will step up the establishment of a sales and service network that unifies the sales divisions, factories, and R&D facilities of Hitachi Metals.
